Most products offered on the site are available for pickup at our Costa Mesa California Store, same day or next day (weekdays only). You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Free Standard Shipping Qualifications & Exclusions

California - Free for orders over $30 (excludes wheelie bags and eps boards)

The rest of the USA, including Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Territories - Free for orders over $200 (excludes wheelie bags and eps boards)

Please note: Free shipping is based on the total order value after all discounts. Taxes do not count toward the free shipping total.

Order Processing

Standard Shipping is typically the default checkout setting. We do our best to get your order out the same day as received, however some orders may take 1 - 2 business days to process and ship after you have received your confirmation email. We ship all orders from our Southern California warehouse Monday-Friday. Your package is expected to be delivered within 4–5 business days after the items have been picked up by the delivery carrier. In order to offer the extensive product line we carry, some items may be special ordered and these items may take up to 7 days to ship. This is noted on applicable products. Pre-order products will ship once available based on their noted date.

3 Day Express Shipping

Your package is expected to be delivered within 3 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. There is no weekend delivery for 3 Day Express Shipping.

2 Day Express Shipping

Your package is expected to be delivered within 2 business day after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. There is no weekend delivery for 2 Day Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping is shipped either, UPS Ground or USPS 1st class Mail or USPS Priority Mail (Estimated 5 Business Days, Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location).

In order to offer discounted shipping rates, we may ship swim fins or other items without their original boxes or packaging. If you would like the original packaging please contact us to confirm the additional shipping charges necessary. This includes items that qualify for free shipping.
