Return & Refund Policy


Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All Returns must be approved prior to being sent back with an valid RMA#. If we receive a non approved return it may be refused at your cost.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • See list of specific item type exclusions in next section below

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • If you received a free item with the purchase of another item and both items are not returned, you will be refunded less the full retail value of the free item (ex. free leash with board purchase)
  • Items sold in a package deal. The entire package must be returned for a refund.
  • DVD's
  • Sunscreen or Chapstick type products
  • Gift Cards
  • Sunglasses
  • Swimwear
  • Bathing suits
  • Surf Wax
  • Boards that have been plugged or opened
  • Board Repair Products
  • Used Items


ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?

  • There is no charge or restocking fee for returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges
  • On items that received free shipping, we reserve the right to refund the product price less our shipping costs

HOW DO I SUBMIT A RETURN?
Visit our returns portal to submit a return request
Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. And or: Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. A Store credit will be issued for sale or promotional item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We understand that when buying online we risk the item not fitting properly. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please follow the same process as a return. You will be able to request an exchange through our return portal.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
All Returns must be approved prior to being sent back with a valid RMA#. If we receive a return that was not previously approved it may be refused at your cost.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
