Extended Holiday Returns: Purchases made between Nov 1 and Jan 2 can be returned or exchanged until Jan 31st. 



What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • If you received a free item with the purchase of another item and both items are not returned, you will be refunded less the full retail value of the free item (ex. free leash with board purchase) 
  • Items sold in a package deal. The entire package must be returned for a refund.
  • Sunscreen or Chapstick type products
  • Sunglasses
  • Bathing suits
  • Boards that have been plugged or opened
  • Used Items
***The application of wax on the slick will void any and all warranties on the board in areas affected by the use of wax. Wax should not be applied to the slick.

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charge or restocking fee for returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges
  • On items that received free shipping, we reserve the right to refund the product price less our shipping costs.

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.

EXCESSIVE / FLAGGED SHIPPING + RETURNS
We regularly monitor our returns and order cancelations. Your account will be at risk and  flagged if we see misuse or abuse of our free shipping and return policies. Customers who are flagged will be under review, revocation of standard customer return policies may result. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
